Fall 2008 Season Signups.
Fees are $105 for the first child and $100 for each additional child in the same family. Registration closes June 10, 2008. Forms can be pickup/filled out at the Registrar's home. 936 Lincoln Place, Pacifica (off of Park Pacifica Blvd/Oddstad)
There is a box at the front door. Do not disturb the residents - just pick up the form, fill it out and leave the completed form in the box with payment.If your child did not play in the Pacifica league last year, you will also need to provide proof of age (need not be certified - copy of any document with age is fine - birth cert. or Health care card)
If your child is in the U10 age group or older, you must provide a small photo suitable for a player id card.
TEAMS AND COACHES ASSIGNED DURING JUNE/JULY , SEASON BEGINS SEPTEMBER.
